Little Blue Lamb's Shipping Policy
We normally ship orders within NZ through our nominated carrier company. Generally, delivery is within 4 days depending on location.
By default, our method of shipping is with Fastway Couriers or NZ Post 1-3 day service tracked for urban addresses, and NZPost tracked for rural addresses. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to rural tracked (1-3 day delivery), please choose your option from SHIPPING UPGRADE and add it to your shopping cart before completing your purchase.
FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand on orders reaching $75.00 or more. Please ask for a quote for shipping oversized or heavy items eg furniture
as these items do not ship for free. Our Online Store estimates delivery times in good faith and in stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days. For security reasons, please understand that your order processing may be delayed if the "ship to" address on your order differs from the "billing address" on your credit card. Our Online Store will arrange payment for shipping and insurance with the carrier, but such costs are your responsibility as we are shipping on your behalf. Risk of loss is upon you once Our Online Store delivers the product to the carrier. Delivery times are good faith estimates only and Little Blue Lamb will not be liable for delays.
All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Little Blue Lamb does not consider an item "backordered" if it is temporarily out of stock but is currently in production, and is expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, Little Blue Lamb discovers that there will be a longer delay, Little Blue Lamb will notify you via email as to the backorder and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. When a product is backordered, we will use reasonable efforts to promptly inform you via email of this situation as soon as it becomes apparent. Little Blue Lamb reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in the form of a split shipment. In the event an item is sent back to Little Blue Lamb for an exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Little Blue Lamb does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes if your order is being couriered.
Overseas shipping charges for International Air (not trackable) are determined once your order has been placed and we have received a quote from our carrier. We will then inform you of any additional charge there may be and arrange a payment option to be paid before we dispatch your order. We ship international orders for clothing and small shoes only - we do not ship large items overseas. If you wish your overseas order to be tracked please email email@example.com for a quote.
Products sold by Little Blue Lamb, may be exported from New Zealand only in accordance with New Zealand export laws. You warrant and represent that you are eligible to receive Products under New Zealand law and agree to abide by any export or re-export restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or publisher. Little Blue Lamb may discontinue shipping to one or more countries at anytime without notice.
Exchanges and Returns: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the invoice date. We have established the following return policy: Any return or exchange will need to be sent back within 14 days for processing. Please note: Any return or exchange that exceeds 14 days will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense. The item(s) must be returned in original condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
Please note: Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
